    Local delivery Free local delivery is available for orders over $250 within South Bruce Peninsula. For orders under $250, we charge $10 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from [delivery hours] on [available days]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
  • What are digital downloads?
    This is a product available for an immediate digital download that you can access easily as soon as your checkout is complete. Upon purchase, you will receive a ZIP file containing your digital downloads. Digital items are available in two categories: Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. Your file will be sent in a zip file format via email confirmation. Made-to-order downloads: Your files will made to your specifications and emailed to you as a ZIP file once seller has completed them. The license granted is solely for personal use, and it is prohibited to distribute, share or sell the downloaded files.   • How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Alternatively, you can log in to your membership account, If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hawkeyehill.farm with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
